Moonlight Peaks:

This super awesome game will be released in 2026. My husband, Yannis Bolman, and his company, Little Chicken, are creating Moonlight Peaks, and he asked me to crochet amigurumi patterns based on the cute characters from it. This is the first one I’ve made—more to come!

Experience life as a vampire in Moonlight Peaks! Master the art of potion-making and spell-casting, tend to your supernatural farm, and make your mark on the magical town. Befriend the local werewolves, witches and mermaids, and maybe even find eternal love along the way!

Eye 2x:

  • Use orange yarn
  • Rnd 1: start 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
  • Rnd 2: inc 6 times (12)
  • Rnd 3: sc in all 12 st (12)
  • Fasten off with slst, leaving a long tail for sewing.
  • Embroider a french knot with dark brown yarn on the middle of the eye. How to make a french knot: (You can also find an instructional video on my DIY Fluffies Youtube channel) https://youtu.be/opfa3Wzfmjw
  • Bring your needle up from the back side. Point the needle downward and wrap the thread around the needle two times. Continue the tension of the floss with your left hand (non-needle hand) to prevent it from uncoiling. Re-insert the tip of your needle just next to, but not into the same exit point on the eye. Give the floss a little downward tug so that the coil will tighten up, and slide it down your needle to make a little bundle against the surface of the eye. With your coil held in position against the surface, push your needle all the way through. Tighten the yarn with a knot on the inside of the eye.
  • Sew the eyes between rounds 7 and 12 with two stitches between both eyes. Put a bit of stuffing in the eyes when sewing them on the body of the vampster amigurumi.
